About approval of the Concept of development of Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022-2025

For the purpose of providing conditions for development of foreign trade by simplification and automation of customs processes, upgrade of Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) the Concept of development of Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022-2025 (further - the Concept) according to appendix 1;

2) the Actions plan on implementation of the Concept of development of Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022-2024 (further - the Actions plan) according to appendix 2.

2. To state bodies, local government bodies:

1) to take measures for implementation of the Concept;

2) quarterly, to the 5th following the accounting period to represent to the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic information on the course of implementation of the Actions plan.

3. To the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic quarterly, to the 15th following the accounting period to represent to the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic the generalized report on the course of implementation of the Concept.

4. Determine that the realization of the Concept is enabled within the means provided to the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Development strategy of Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2019-2023 and the Actions plan on its realization" of July 22, 2019 No. 363.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
