About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2022 No. 713
Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2023 "About taking measures in the field of pricing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 171
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2022 No. 713 "About system of price regulation" the following changes:
to add Item 1 part one after the words "Republic of Belarus" with words "(further – the domestic market)";
and "the price of its realization" to add part one of subitem 3.7 of Item 3 after words of "consumer goods" with the words "on the domestic market";
in part three of item 4 and part four of Item 4-1 of the word "exceeding of the set parameter on consumer price index is allowed" shall be replaced with words "certain MARCH indicator of monthly admissible increase in prices is exceeded";
in Item 4-2 of the word "not above selling price on consumer goods" shall be replaced with words "not above selling price of realization on the domestic market of consumer goods";
from part two of Item 5 of the word "except for the case provided in paragraph three of part three of Item 11 of this resolution" to exclude;
in Item 11:
the third and fourth to state parts in the following edition:
"From October 21 to December, 2024 and from January to May, 2025 on the consumer goods specified in Items 84-88, 90 and 99 of appendix 1, including realized from stabilization funds, marginal maximum selling prices are applied in the values established in the list according to appendix 1-1.
