About modification of the Procedure for provision of the state support of insurance of agricultural products
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Procedure for provision of the state support of insurance of agricultural products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2021 No. 1342 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 100, Art. 6591; 2022, No. 16, the Art. 853), the enclosed changes.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 13, 2024 No. 1056
1. In Item 1 of the word "according to the program" shall be replaced with words "according to the budget program".
2. In paragraph six of Item 3 of the word "insurance payment (insurance premium)" shall be replaced with words "insurance premium (insurance payment) (further - insurance premium)".
3. In item 4:
Word in paragraph one "insurance payments (awards) (further - insurance payments)" shall be replaced with words 1) "insurance premiums";
The second words of "insurance payment" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "insurance premium".
4. In Item 5:
In paragraph one the word "payments" to replace 1) with the word "awards";
2) in the paragraph the second words "voluntary insurance of agricultural products, conform to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance" shall be replaced with words also in figures "activities for insurance for classes of insurance 8 and 9, determined by article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", and legislations conform to requirements".
