For the purpose of ensuring the competition in economy, creations of equal conditions for subjects of entrepreneurship, acceleration of complete transition to the market relations, and also increases in competitiveness of national economy:

1. To the Ministry of Economics and finance together with the Tax Committee and Customs committee to introduce to the Cabinet of Ministers the bill on establishment of procedure according to which since January 1, 2025 the regulations accepted within financial year and providing drop in incomes of the budget, provision of tax and customs privileges, and also reduction of contributions to the budget from non-tax receipts become effective from following financial year.

2. Approve offers of the Ministry of Economics and finance and the Tax Committee on cancellation since January 1, 2025:

privileges on the value added tax for turnover of rendering services in transportation of passengers by single tariffs, and also for the goods and services realized by legal entities whose single members are public associations of persons with disability;

privileges in the form of exemption of the land tax from legal entities for lands on which new landings of gardens, vineyards and mulberries, and about decrease by 50 percent of the tax rate on these parcels of land are made.

3. To the Ministry of Economics and finance in three-months time to introduce to the Cabinet of Ministers the bill providing modification and amendments in the Tax code proceeding from this Decree.

4. Make changes and addition to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

5. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

6. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
