In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 11, 2014 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 5, 2012 No. 706 "About expansion of types of service and the electronic services rendered in the centers "ASANAS hidmt No. 110" and ensuring activities of the State agency on servicing of citizens and to social innovations in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 2, Article 117 (volume I)) in part 1, the first paragraphs of parts 2 and parts 6 after the words "ACAN Payment" to add 3, with the word "information".
3. Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 11, 2015 No. 463 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2015, No. 2, Article 125 (volume I) "About approval of the Regulations on ASANAS payment service provider:
3.1. after words "ACAN Payment" the name, part 1, Items 5. 1, 5. 7.1 and 7.2 to add 2, with the word "information";
3.2. State part 6 in the following edition:
