About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of the sphere of privatization of state-owned property
For the purpose of acceleration of privatization and further increase in share of private property in economy:
1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
sale of the state blocks of shares to foreign investors in foreign currency by means of the biddings on the RBF Tashkent and implementation of their payment in the currency defined by the agreement;
exposure to biddings of the parcels of land in the territory of special economic, small industrial, youth industrial and entrepreneurial zones according to their master plan after providing industrial zones with infrastructure and acceptance by the state inspection.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

In the paragraph the second Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 2, 2017 No. UP-5177 "About First-priority Measures for Liberalization of Monetarist Policies" after the words "except for" to add with words "sales of the state blocks of shares to foreign investors by means of the biddings on the RBF Tashkent, and also".
2. In Item 8 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 1, 2018 No. UP-5495 "About Measures for Cardinal Improvement of the Investment Climate in the Republic of Uzbekistan":
