About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the mechanism of ensuring defense forces with lands
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):
1) in Article 20:
the ninth after the paragraph of the fourth to add part with the new paragraph of the following content:
"fixing of the parcels of land to lands of defense and their use for ensuring activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming created according to the laws of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, prospecting bodies of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and also for placement of military units, military educational institutions, companies, organizations and organizations which are under authority of these bodies and/or are part the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming created according to the laws of Ukraine".
With respect thereto the fifth to consider the paragraph the paragraph the sixth;
add with part twelve of the following content:
"12. Change of purpose of the parcels of land of state-owned property which after entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the mechanism of ensuring defense forces with lands" were carried to lands defenses owing to change of purpose of the parcels of land of especially valuable lands, the land timberland is forbidden. Data on the specified prohibition are entered in the State land cadastre as data on restriction in use of lands along with introduction of data on reference of the corresponding parcel of land to lands of defense";
