I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2019 No. 190 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
in Item 15:
add with subitem 3-1) of the following content:
"3-1) forming and maintaining the register of unfair participants of purchases based on the provided these subjects of natural monopolies;";
8) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"8) carrying out public hearings with publication in mass media of the announcement of date and the place of their carrying out and (or) the reference to online broadcasting;";
add with subitem 18-1) of the following content:
"18-1) approval of technique of conducting separate accounting of the income, costs and the involved assets by each type of regulated services of subjects of natural monopolies;";
add with subitems 20-1), 20-2), 20-3), 20-4) and 20-5) of the following content:
"20-1) approval of authorized body on management of state-owned property, local executive bodies of transfer of the main channels with the taking-away intereconomic and intraeconomic channels for expansion, upgrades, reconstruction and improvements of technical condition which are in republican or regional, district utility property in trust management;
