About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of single questions of use of terminology in the field of power
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About alternative types of fuel" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 12, Art. 94 with the following changes):
1) in Article 1:
add part one taking into account alphabetic procedure with terms of the following content:
"the proof of stability of biomethane (Proof of Sustainability) - the tovarosoprovodyashchy document according to the international scheme of certification created by the producer of biomethane certified according to the international scheme of certification, containing information on amount of steady biomethane which is made by producer of biomethane for certain period";
"the international scheme of certification - the system of confirmation of conformity of biomethane recognized by the European Commission to criteria of stability, including voluntary";
"the certificate of conformity also confirms to criteria of stability of biomethane document with appendices which is issued according to the international scheme of certification by the independent auditor results of carrying out substantive audit of object of production of biomethane";
third to state part in the following edition:
"The term "fuel" is used in this Law in the value given in the Tax code of Ukraine. The terms "fuel production site", "place of wholesale trade by fuel", "place of retail trade by fuel" are used in this Law in the values given in the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, spirit distillates, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, tobacco raw materials, the liquids used in electronic cigarettes and fuel". Terms "test laboratory", "testing" are used in this Law in the values given in the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity";
