About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2016 No. 43 and of October 25, 2017 No. 1110
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2016 No. 43 "About approval of the Regulations on the Public auditing service of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 12, Art. 506; 2020, No. 75, Art. 2383; 2021, No. 56, the Art. 3467) and of October 25, 2017 No. 1110 "About introduction of the national mechanism of coordination of interaction of public authorities for the purpose of protection of financial interests of Ukraine and the European Union" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 33, Art. 1149; 2020, No. 101, Art. 3265; 2021, No. 56, the Art. 3467) changes which are applied.
2. To heads of public authorities, determined by the paragraph the fifth Item 2 of the Procedure for realization of the mechanism of interdepartmental interaction of the Public auditing service as with the European management concerning prevention of abuses and fraud (OLAF) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 25, 2017 No. 1110 "About introduction of the national mechanism of coordination of interaction of public authorities for the purpose of protection of financial interests of Ukraine and the European Union" taking into account the changes made by this resolution to determine Services of coordination of fight against fraud by the organization of interaction in a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution of the authorized worker to whom function on ensuring cooperation with Service of coordination of fight against fraud is assigned.
