1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 2, 2022 No. 357 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

110) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"110) approves rules of training of specialists of military medicine of Armed Forces in coordination with authorized body in the field of health care;";
state subitem 116-5) in the following edition:
"116-5) in coordination with the central authorized body on budgetary planning approves rules of rendering the services by the public institution of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan specializing in the field of rendering the medical services (help) within the guaranteed amount of free medical care and in system of compulsory social medical insurance answering their authorized purpose and not relating to their main activities and uses of money from realization of such services;";
add with subitem 137-1) of the following content:
"137-1) approves rules of the organization and ensuring fire protection in Armed Forces;";
138) to exclude the subitem;
155) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"155) approves rules of mobilization expansion of Armed Forces;";
160) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"160) approves the instruction for maintaining army (ship) economy in Armed Forces;";
161) to exclude the subitem;
171) to state the subitem in the following edition:
