Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 21, 2024 No. 1154-VIQD "About modification of the Code of civil procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Family Code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state fee", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

In "Procedure for state registration of acts of civil status", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the resolution of October 31, 2003 No. 145 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 10, Article 627 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, of Article 110, of 124) to make the following changes:
2.1. In Item 1.12-1 of the word "on record of the act" shall be replaced with words "about state registration of acts of civil status" and after the word "person" in this Item to add the word "or his legal representative, the authorized person by proxy, and in case of the death of person on whom record of the act close relatives is constituted";
2.2. In paragraph one of Item 3.2 of the word "file the written application personally" shall be replaced with words "file petition";
2.3. Cancel Item 5.8-3;
2.4. Exclude from Item 5.9 of the word "according to the statement both is the husband and the wife, and also one of them";
