I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 2, 2024 No. 37 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects, vulnerable in the terrorist relation, being under authority of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its departments" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 33968) the following change:
in the Instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects, vulnerable in the terrorist relation, being under authority of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its departments approved by the specified order:
3) of Item 6 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) system of video surveillance - set of surveillance cameras, data lines, program and technical means and storage of videos, and also the program and (or) technical means of management performing information exchange among themselves;".
2. To provide to management on mobilization preparation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the chief of staff of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
