Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1445 "Some questions of realization of provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On stimulation of development of digital economy in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 8, the Art. 427) and of December 30, 2022 No. 1492 "Some questions of administrative appeal of the decision on loss of resident status Action of City and the reporting of residents Action of City" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 5, the Art. 410) the enclosed changes.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1445:
1) according to the procedure of giving and consideration of the application about the acquisition of resident status Action of City approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 3 of the word "About Electronic Confidential Services" shall be replaced with words "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services";
in paragraph three of Item 5 of the word "and electronic confidential services" shall be replaced with words ", electronic identification and electronic confidential services";
