Bring in the Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of the public sector of economy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 "About carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 68, Art. 2266; 2015, No. 15, Art. 383; 2019, No. 97, the Art. 3202), and the Procedure for carrying out tender on holding the post of the head of the state, utility healthcare institution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2017 No. 1094 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 8, Art. 302; 2020, No. 61, Art. 1985; 2023, No. 27, the Art. 1515), the enclosed changes.

1. To add Item 1 of the Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of the public sector of economy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777, with the paragraph of the following content:
"Requirements of this Procedure do not extend to the healthcare institutions of the state pattern of ownership functioning as the state non-commercial enterprises.".
