1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 No. 714 "About measures for development of stock exchange trading at commodity exchanges" the following changes:
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on the paragraph of third of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2009 No. 10-Z "About commodity exchanges" and parts one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2006 No. 577 "About some questions of activities of the open joint stock company "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
in Item 3:
in paragraph three of part one of the word "Item 42" shall be replaced with words "Items 4-1, 7-1, 7-2 and 4-2";
in part two:
in the paragraph the second to replace figure "6" with figures "7-2";
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"in Items 1-4, 5-7 and 15-23 of the list, implemented in the amounts determined by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom in coordination with the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food;";
