In No. 263 approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 22, 2014 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 7, the Art. 951, No. 12, Art. 1653; 2015, 5, the Art. 615, No. 10, the Art. 1727, No. 4, the Art. 621, No. 9, the Art. 1759, No. 11, the Art. 2149) at the end of subitem 2.6.13 of "Rules of declaration of goods and vehicles on customs border" to replace point with semicolon and to add No. with subitem 2.6-1 of the following content:
"2.6-1. when importing cornea of eye instead of the documents specified in subitem 2.5.1 of these rules, the order of the recipient in specialized medical institution for import of cornea of eye for needs of transplantation the agreement signed between organization supplier of cornea of eye (Eye bank) and specialized medical institution and the document confirming delivery of cornea by the Eye bank accredited by Global alliance of associations of eye banks (Global Alliance of Eye Bank Associations), and in case of export - instead of the documents specified in subitem 2.5.1 of these rules data on the recipient to whom performing transplantation of cornea of eye, the agreement signed between the Eye bank accepting eye cornea accredited by Global alliance of associations of eye banks (Global Alliance of Eye Bank Associations) and specialized medical institution is intended".
