Rules of declaration of goods and the vehicles moved through customs border

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules are constituted according to Article 146.3 of the Customs Code of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Customs Code), and determine rules of declaration of goods and the vehicles moved through customs border.

1.2. Data on the goods and vehicles moved through customs border of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - customs border), which are under customs control are declared in customs authority in oral, written form on paper or in electronic format.

2. The documents and data required in the customs purposes and also the documents submitted together with the declaration for placement of goods under the declared customs procedure

2.1. Persons transporting goods and vehicles through customs border, or the faces performing activities which control over execution is charged to customs authorities shall show in customs authority stated below documents in writing on paper or in electronic format:

2.1.1. before submission of the customs declaration on the goods brought on the customs area, data necessary for risk analysis and the correct application of customs control;

2.1.2. the data necessary for risk analysis and the correct application of customs control if the customs declaration, or the repeated export notice on commodity exportation from customs area is not required;

2.1.3. the data on receipt of vehicles on customs area represented by person responsible for vehicles which import is provided on customs area;

2.1.4. the data on receipt of vehicles on other territory represented by person responsible for vehicles which import is provided on customs area;

2.1.5. the data on departure of the vehicle from customs area represented by person responsible for vehicles, provided for departure from customs area;

2.1.6. data on all factors which can influence continuation or content of permission to the special customs procedures after issue of permission represented by the owner of permission;

2.1.7. the documents specified in Items 2.5. and 2.6. these rules.

2.2. The customs declaration shall display in itself all data necessary for application of customs procedure of declaration of goods.
