Based on Item 2 of general requirements of fire safety to content and operation of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms and other objects belonging to subjects of managing, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2017 No. 7, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the specific requirements for ensuring fire safety in the woods approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2019 No. 722, the following changes:
1.1. in Item 7 of the word "Item 60 of the Concept of homeland security of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2010 No. 575" shall be replaced with words "Item 65 of the Concept of homeland security of the Republic of Belarus approved by the decision of Vsebelorussky people's assembly of April 25, 2024 No. 5";
1.2. in Item 9:
in word part two "this Provision" shall be replaced with words "the specified provision";
add Item with parts of the following content:
"For the purpose of the organization of collection, processing, exchange, assessment and information transfers about wildfires in the national production forestry and landscape associations of republican state body on forestry are created regional control centers.
Requirements to creation and functioning of regional control centers are determined by the order of the Minister of forestry.";
1.3. in Item 6 of appendix 2 to these specific requirements of the word "the minimum list of fire extinguishing means" shall be replaced with words "regulations of providing with the fire fighting equipment and means for suppression of wildfires";
1.4. in appendix 4 to these specific requirements of the word "Item 60" shall be replaced with words "Item 65";
1.5. in appendix 5 to these specific requirements:
