About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2024 "About insurance activity" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 344-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Item 11 of appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 25, 1999 No. 115 "About establishment of the list of payments":
state subitem 11.1 in the following edition:
"11.1. the employer on compulsory national personal insurance according to the legislation, under agreements of voluntary insurance of medical expenses (provided that such agreements are signed for the term of at least one year);";
add Item with subitem 11.3 of the following content:
"11.3. the employer under agreements of voluntary insurance of life and (or) voluntary insurance of additional pension (provided that such agreements are signed for the term of at least three years) in double size of monthly minimum wage on one worker a month.";
1.2. in Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585:
to exclude from subitem 3.9 of Item 3 of the word "and control";
in item 4:
add Item with subitem 4.53-2 of the following content:
"4.53-2. determines:
requirements to qualification and goodwill of the board member (supervisory board), except for representatives of the state in governing bodies of insurance company, and alternate members of the board of directors (supervisory board) of insurance company;
cases and evaluation procedure of compliance to requirements to qualification and goodwill of candidates;";
state subitem 4.54 in the following edition:
"4.54. exercises supervision of activities of insurance companies and insurance brokers;";
