1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 1011 "Questions of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

add with subitem 17-1) of the following content:

add with subitem 100-2) of the following content:
"100-2) development of procedure for consideration of addresses of owners (owners) of strategic objects, rehabilitation or bankrupt managing directors about encumbrance or alienation of strategic object;";
add with subitems 105-2), 105-3) and 105-4) of the following content:
"105-2) consideration of appeals of physical persons and legal entities within the competence according to the Administrative procedural Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
105-3) consideration of petitions of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the competence according to the Administrative procedural Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
105-4) carrying out digital transformation;";
add with subitems 121-1) and 121-2) of the following content:
"121-1) development and approval together with authorized body for public service of distribution of obligations (functional activities) for deputies and heads of offices of akims of areas, the cities of republican value and the capital;
121-2) preparations of the draft of the conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on offers on increase in limits of the number of staff of the central state bodies (except for Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Government office of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and local executive bodies;";
