About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2022 No. 540

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2022 No. 540 "About control measures concerning medicines which contain small amounts of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors included in the list of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors which are subject to control in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 15, of the Art. 2464).
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2025.

1. In Item 1:
a)" (further - medicines with small content of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors)" shall be replaced with words words "(further respectively - medicines with small content of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, the list)";
b) after the words "except for the medicines which are the medicines containing except drugs, psychotropic substances or their precursors other pharmacological active agents" to add with words of "medicines with small content of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors which are analytical (standard) samples".
2. Add with Item 3 (1) the following content:
"3(1). Determine that concerning medicines with small content of drugs, the psychotropic substances and their precursors which are analytical (standard) samples the following control measures are applied stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation about drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors:
