About modification of Item 2 of the Technical regulation of the equipment working under pressure

1. Make change to Item 2 of the Technical regulation of the equipment working under pressure, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 16, 2019 No. 27 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 9, of the Art. 325), having stated subitem 1 in the following edition:
"1) the pipelines or systems of pipelines intended for transportation of working environment or substance to/from installations (land or sea), including the input and output locking devices located within installation and all additional equipment designed especially for such pipelines. The specified exception does not extend to the standard equipment working under pressure, in particular what can be used at stations of regulation of pressure or compressor stations;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
