1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Instruction about conditions and procedure for the admission to placement and the address in the territory of the Republic of Belarus the securities registered outside the Republic of Belarus, procedure for qualification of issued securities of nonresident issuers as securities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2016 No. 42:
Item 3 paragraph two after the word to "placement" to add with words ", except for requirements of the paragraph of third of part one of article 234 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the security market" concerning securities which prospectus of the issue conforms to requirements of the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation about prospectuses of securities of December 22, 2023 (further - the Agreement on prospectuses of securities)";
parts one of Item 6 to add the first offer of the paragraph of third with words ", except for securities which prospectus of the issue conforms to requirements of the Agreement on prospectuses of securities";
