1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine of March 22, 2012 No. 332 "About approval of the Regulations on the Register of producers and distributors of the software", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 12, 2012 at No. 558/20871.
2. To provide to management of intellectual property and innovations submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
