About modification of the Regulations on customs declarations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on customs declarations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 450 "The questions connected using customs declarations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, Art. 1545; 2014, No. 65, Art. 1798; 2022, No. 80, Art. 4856; 2023, No. 3, the Art. 252), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Regulations on customs declarations

1. Add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In the cases determined by part twelve of Article 236 of the Customs code of Ukraine filling of the additional register international post or express departures, instead of the customs declaration in form of the single administrative document is allowed for declaration of goods.".

2. Add Item 6 with subitems 5 and 6 of the following content:

"5) the additional register of the international mailings in case of transfer by the customs applicant (except the citizen) out of limits of Ukraine of goods which total customs value does not exceed the amount equivalent of 1000 euros if:

goods are located in customs regime of export;

on goods the export duty is not established;

on goods restrictions on their export out of limits of customs area of Ukraine according to Article 197 of the Customs code of Ukraine are not set;

6) the additional register of the international mailings in case of departure out of limits of customs area of Ukraine by the operator of mail service of the international mailings which are subject to return to the sender.".
