According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 22, 2024 No. UP-103 "About Measures for Improvement of Financial and Economic Condition of the Companies in the field of Cotton Growing":
1. Agree with the offer of the Republican headquarters on ensuring transparency, full and fair work of new system of purchase and sale of harvest of cotton, interest of producers of cotton raw about allocation of the credits at the expense of credit resources of Fund of the state support of agricultural industry to the cotton and textile clusters and the companies which arranged production of textile products for collection of the cotton raw which is grown up much according to futures contracts at the rate to 20 percent of cost of cotton raw on rate of 10 annual interest rates (from them margin of bank - 2 percent) for the term of 10 months, including grace period three months, with return condition within the next 7 months in equal shares.
2. Make additions and changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
3. Assign to the deputy prime minister D. A. Kuchkarov the personal responsibility for the effective organization of execution of this Decree.
Control of execution of this Decree, and also coordination of organization activity, responsible for its execution to assign to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
