The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for issue of permissions to the right of import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine or the transit through the territory of Ukraine of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 1997 No. 146 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 6, page 78; 2007, No. 93, Art. 3413; 2016, No. 65, Art. 2202; 2021, No. 21, Art. 938; 2024, No. 63, the Art. 3766), the enclosed changes.
2. To provide to public service on medicines and control of drugs together with the State Customs Service since October 1, 2024 entering into the single state information web portal "Edinoye Okno Dlya Mezhdunarodnoy Torgovli" of information on the issued permissions to the right of import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine or on the transit right through the territory of Ukraine of drugs, psychotropic substances or precursors in electronic form on which the digital signature according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services" in day of issue of such permissions is imposed.
