1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products, retail sale and consumption of alcoholic products, tonic soft and low alcohol drinks", "About licensed authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic", "About procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of June 10, 2011 No. 301;
2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" of January 18, 2018 No. 32;
3) Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for purchase of the ethyl alcohol used in the medical, veterinary, technical purposes and also for production of perfumery and cosmetic and alcoholic products" of March 19, 2024 No. 124.
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
