1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for release and issue of the state hypothecation certificates for provision of government subsidies on construction, reconstruction of individual apartment houses to persons injured with the natural disasters which occurred in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 8, 2007 No. 155 the following changes:
Item 3-3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3-3. Financial credit to fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) based on the submitted credit and mortgage documentation to provide return of the allocated mortgage loans in accordance with the established procedure;
2) since January 1, 2025 to stop order taking for issue of mortgage loans and one-time free aid to persons, victims of natural disasters. At the same time the injured persons who received the previous tranche on construction of the apartment house have the right to receive the subsequent tranches by provision of the corresponding report according to acts of the performed works till January 1, 2026.";
