Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of connection of objects of oil production to trunk oil pipelines in the Russian Federation and accounting of the subjects of business activity performing oil extraction approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 17, 2011 No. 90 "About procedure for connection of objects of oil production to trunk oil pipelines in the Russian Federation and accounting of the subjects of business activity performing oil extraction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 8, the Art. 1130).

1. To state the subitem "b" of Item 6 in the following edition:
"b) extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or Unified State Register of Private Entrepreneurs;".
2. State Item 29 in the following edition:
"29. The register is kept by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in departmental information system of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation by entering of records into it.".
3. Add Item 30 with words "(further - the information about subjects of business activity)".
4. In Item 31:
a) in paragraph one of the word "following data" to exclude;
b) state the subitem "b" in the following edition:
"b) the complete and reduced (in the presence) names, form of business and the location for the legal entity or surname, name, middle name (in the presence) and the residence for physical person (individual entrepreneur);";
