The word of "documents" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 3 of part 2 of Article 5 "documents. Forms of the statements specified in this Item can not affirm if such applications are submitted to the licensing body only by means of use of the single portal of the state and municipal services, regional portals of the state and municipal services";
2) in Article 13:
a) add part 5.1 with the offer of the following content: "By regulations on licensing of specific type of activity the possibility of filing of application about provision of the license only by means of use of the single portal of the state and municipal services can be provided.";
b) add part 10 with the words "no later than three working days from the date of the expiration of the specified term";
3) in Article 14:
a) add part 1 with the offer of the following content: "By regulations on licensing of specific type of activity cases and procedure for evaluating by provision of the license of compliance of the license applicant to licensed requirements can be provided in the automatic mode, including based on information received from the state information systems.";
b) state part 1.1 in the following edition:
