About entering of amendment and change into the Law "About the General Education"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 29 of the Law of July 10, 2009, "About the general education" (further - the Law) to add No. ZR-160 with Item 16.1 of the following content:
"16. 1) approves coefficients and standard rates of program implementation and the actions provided by the government budget of the Republic of Armenia and also procedure for financing;".
Article 2. To declare Item 26.12 of part 1 of article 30 of the law invalid.
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal acts following from this Law are accepted in six-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
