About entering of amendment into the Law "About Service in Bodies of Homeland Security"

Article 1. Part 6.1 of article 19 of the Law of April 11, 2003, No. ZR-532 "About service in bodies of homeland security", after the words "former employees" to add with the words "and persons holding positions in Service of homeland security of Nagorno-Karabakh as of September 19, 2023".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. Article 1 of this law is effective till July 1, 2025.
3. In case of position assignment in the state authorized body in the procedure established by this law the period of service in Nagorno-Karabakh, the post and rank are considered.
4. Persons holding position in Service of homeland security of Nagorno-Karabakh in case of vacancy in the state authorized body can be employed and appointed to position in the procedure established by this law till July 1, 2025.
