About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 17, 2018 No. 191 "About approval of Rules of forming of the delivery schedule of oil"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 17, 2018 No. 191 "About approval of Rules of forming of the delivery schedule of oil" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17072) the following changes:

in the Rules of forming of the delivery schedule of oil approved by the specified order:

be reworded as follows Item 3:

"3. The delivery schedule of oil (further – the schedule) is developed based on requests of subsoil users (in case of their availability), plans of oil refining and products of conversion and technical capabilities of petrotransport organizations, amounts of oil extraction provided by project documents of subsoil users.";

be reworded as follows Item 7:

"7. For forming of schedules subsoil users monthly to the fifth preceding month under report represent to authorized body in the field of hydrocarbons (further – authorized body) the supply requisition of oil in form, according to appendix to these rules (further – the Request) in electronic form by means of the integrated information system "Single state management system subsurface use of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

In case of non-presentation by the subsoil user of the Request the authorized body determines the oil amount which is subject to inclusion in the Schedule taking into account the requirements established by Items 3, of 4, of 5, of 6 and 13 these rules.";
