About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning activities of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of actions in the field of protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations, according to Item 55 of article 15 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensed authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 262 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state paragraph two of Item 6 in the following edition:
"Legal address of the Ministry: 720033, Kyrgyz Republic, city of Bishkek, Prospekt Manasa, 101/1, Ulitsa Zhumabeka, 203/1; 723510, Kyrgyz Republic, city of Osh, Ulitsa E. Aliyev, 172.";
- in Item 11:
add subitem 2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-performs licensing of activities for designing, installation, adjustment and repair of means of fire-proof automatic equipment, fireproof processing of wooden designs and the combustible theatrical exposition equipment according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the licensed and allowing sphere;";
add subitem 4 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-performs walk on water transport;";
2) in Regulations on Crisis Management Centre under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 10 with paragraphs of the following content:
