About approval of Technical regulations of registration, control and Karnet's accounting of ATA

Based on the item g) h (9) Art. 6 of the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 68 – 76, the Art. 143), with subsequent changes, the Law on accession of the Republic of Moldova to the Convention on temporary import No. 253/2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 230 – 232, to the Art. 844), and also for the purpose of implementation of the Convention on temporary acceptance accepted in Istanbul on June 26, 1990 I ORDER:

1. Approve Technical regulations of registration of Karnet of ATA, according to appendix No. 1 to this order.

2. Approve the Instruction for control and accounting of transactions on customs clearance using Karnetov by ATA, according to appendix No. 2 to this order.

3. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on heads of customs who shall bring it to the attention of customs employees and representatives of customs.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of the income and customs control.

5. The order of the CEO of Customs Service on approval of technical regulations on registration, control and accounting Karnet of ATA and amendment of some regulations of Customs Service No. 330-O/2014 (2014, No. 352 – 357, the Art. 1659) to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid;

6. This order becomes effective from Date of Introduction in action of the Customs code No. 95/2021 and is subject to publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
