II of the Law No. 331 of November 9, 2023 on introduction of amendments to the Law No. 10/2016 on promotion of energy use from renewable sources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 468-471, 816) Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in the power engineering specialist Postanovlyaet:
1. Approve the changes made to some resolutions of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power according to appendix.
2. To impose control of observance of this resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
