About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Lotteries"

Article 1. Article Item "in" 15 parts of 1 Law of December 17, 2003, "About lotteries" to state to No. ZR-3 in the following edition:
"c) if the organizer has obligations delayed for 10 and more days as regards the income controlled by tax authority, except as specified, established by the Items "and" and "i1" of part 1 of article 5 of this Law;"
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
