"32.2. Destruction of the illegal or confiscated drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors is performed only by the commissions determined by body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority according to article 7.1.4 of this Law and other regulatory legal acts. Representatives of judicial authorities and prosecutor's office, and also representatives of body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority are part of the commissions".
