According to part three of article 64 of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications" and parts four of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service DECIDES:

1. The Section VIII of the Regulations on the register of the radio equipment and the radiating devices approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service, of June 29, 2022 87, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 15, 2022 at No. 788/38124, to add No. with new Item of the following content:

"7. In the conditions of warlike situation the regulatory body for the appeal of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine considers question of decision making of temporary turning on / exception of the radio equipment (means, devices) in/from the List of RO prohibited to import and application in the territory of Ukraine and SP without assessment of type of the risk determined by Item 3 of this Section.".

2. To submit to department of radio-frequency range in the procedure established by the legislation this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
