Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About sustainable development of ekologo-economic system Issyk Kul (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 12, the Art. 530) the following changes:
in Article 20:

"Recreation objects, except for the parcels of land, can be in private property of foreign citizens, foreign legal entities. All civil relations complicated by participation of foreign citizens or legal entities or other foreign element are determined by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The parcels of land used under recreation objects are provided to foreign citizens, foreign legal entities in urgent (temporary) use according to the procedure determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
b) parts the fourth and fifth to recognize invalid;
c) the ninth to state part in the following edition:
"The park beach area provided in accordance with the established procedure in use under lease cannot be protected by the lessee. Lessees, users of park beach areas, and also local government bodies ensure purity and safety on the respective park beach areas.";
d) part the tenth to recognize invalid;
e) the offer second of part eleven to exclude;
e) part the thirteenth to recognize invalid.
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.
