About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state and municipal services"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state and municipal services" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2014, No. 7, the Art. 676) the following changes:
The paragraph the eleventh Article 3 to declare 1) invalid;
2) in Article 5:
a) part in paragraph one 2 words "the interdepartmental commission formed by the Cabinet of Ministers" shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers";
b) recognize parts 3 and 4 invalid;
c) in part 5 of the word "for the positive conclusion of the interdepartmental commission" to exclude;
d) in part 6 of the word "on representation to the interdepartmental commission" to exclude;
e) the offer second of part 8 to state in the following edition: "Inclusion in the additional list of the municipal services rendered on paid basis is performed in coordination with authorized body.";
3) in Article 8:
a) in the paragraph the second parts 3 words "the interdepartmental commission," to exclude;
b) regarding 4 words of "the interdepartmental commission" shall be replaced with words "the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic";
c) in part 5:
- in paragraph one of the word "Interdepartmental Commission" shall be replaced with words "the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- state paragraph two in the following edition:
"In case of compliance of services to the established criteria the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic makes the decision on modification of the unified register of the state services and the basic register of municipal services.";
d) state part 6 in the following edition:
