"Article 6-1.
The rules established by the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 1, 1997 concerning repayment and removal of criminal record extend to persons who committed crimes before entry into force of the Criminal code, except as specified when the Criminal code mitigates criminal consequence in law of criminal action of specified persons.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
