1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2015 No. 19 "About establishment of form of the conclusion about feasibility (inexpediency) of full or partial relief of the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur from administrative punishment and (or) payment of penalty fee" the following changes:
to exclude from the name of the word "about feasibility (inexpediency) of full or partial relief of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur from administrative punishment and (or) payment of penalty fee";
state preamble in the following edition:
