1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2022 No. 28 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects, vulnerable in the terrorist relation, performing activities in the field of forming and storage of the state material reserve" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 26675) the following change:
in the Instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects, vulnerable in the terrorist relation, performing activities in the field of forming and storage of the state material reserve, approved by the specified order:
2) of Item 6 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) system of video surveillance - set of surveillance cameras, data lines, program and technical means and storage of videos, and also the program and (or) technical means of management performing information exchange among themselves;".
2. To provide to committee on the state material reserves of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
