in the Instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects, vulnerable in the terrorist relation, being under authority of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
2) of Item 6 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) system of video surveillance - set of surveillance cameras, data lines, program and technical means and storage of videos, and also the program and (or) technical means of management performing information exchange among themselves;".
2. To provide the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to management of mobilization and civil defense (as independent management):
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
