1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the organization of activities of the trainee of the notary according to appendix.

2. Take into consideration that the resolution of Board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 8, 2006 No. 29 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for passing of training in offices of notary public of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (reg. No. 1638 of November 8, 2006) (The collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 45, the Art. 451) voided by the resolution of Board of the Ministry of Justice of October 18, 2010 No. 25/10.

3. Make state registration of this order and to Management of state registration of departmental regulations (B. Boliyev) to enter the corresponding record in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. (S. Nureyev) and to Management of notariate, REGISTRY OFFICE and legal profession (D. Yakubov) to provide to management of systematization of the legislation and legal information finishing this regulatory legal act within ten days to data of all interested persons and publication in "Uzbekiston Respublikasi the eve of huzhzhatlara of tuplama" - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

5. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration.

Regulations on procedure for the organization of activities of the trainee of the notary

II. Registration of passing of training

Employment of the trainee of the notary who is engaged in private practice is performed by the notary to whom the trainee, based on the recommendation of the relevant territorial administration of Notarial chamber is assigned.

At the same time the candidate for trainees of the notary of office of notary public represents to the relevant territorial administration of justice, and the candidate for trainees of the notary who is engaged in private practice - to the relevant territorial administration of Notarial chamber documents, stipulated in Item the 11th this provision.
