Bring in the joint order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2015 No. 7-1/1130 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2015 No. 802 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets in the field of veterinary science" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 12636) the following change and amendment:
in the criteria for evaluation of risk degree in the field of veterinary science approved by the specified joint order:
add with Chapter 3-1 of the following content:
"Chapter 3-1. Measures of rapid response in the field of veterinary science
21-1. Treat the measures of rapid response applied within these Criteria:
1) prohibition of production, application and realization of the moved (transported) objects which are not conforming to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary science, to the international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union;
2) suspension of action of the allowing document in the field of veterinary science;
3) prohibition of activities or separate types of activity according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) suspension of operations or separate types of activity according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
