a) in the Decree:
in Item 1 of the word of "executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation";
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Determine that the chairman of State commission on counteraction to illicit trafficking in industrial output on position is the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.";
in Item 3:
